Compared to the conventional method of heating machine nozzles with Mica Insulated Nozzle Heaters which offers a max temp up to 250 Deg C, PHP's High Performance Heaters for Machine Nozzles has a very robust design and can perform at higher temperatures up to 400 C efficiently even where polymer spillage is a regular feature. Also available with built-in thermocouple, these heaters can be controlled very accurately while processing sensitive materials e.g. Nylon 66 with 40% glass filled.
